Do you mean preorder the bundle itself? Because I can’t think of what else could possibly be locked unless buying said bundle.
(I’m thinking back to when specific bundles granted early access to new campaigns/factions)
Pre order bundles always introduced 2 new premium squads. (for example MG42 early/federov MG, Pacific Snipers - Aussies/Japanese bushes, APCs - M3/sdkfz 251/1 and so)
The bonus for preorder is portrait and nickname decorator.
You can still buy these squads without pre-ordering the bundle after release of the update.
And if he’s interested in this vehicle, he should wait for preorder bundle for next update.
(Btw. Nickname decorator didn’t leak, so it could be potentially event. But I highly doubt)
