No Golden Troop Order, Issue Resolved

The Issue Has Been Resolved

So last week I reached level 40 with my battle pass and I got the Gold Troop Order which I redeemed for “Walter Ehmers” a few days after I reached level 50 with my battle pass. At level 50 you unlock an achievement called 'Medal Of Honor" and for the reward is another Golden Troop Order. I never received the Golden Troop Order for unlocking “Medal Of Honor”.

Also at level 50 for Normandy Allies, you unlock a Golden Order for weaponry. After unlocking that I noticed the purchase option is still there for me even though I already have the weapon. Clicking on it does nothing.

Assistance on resolving the Troop Order issue would be amazing, thank you in advance!

Are you sure? Because you can get only one soldier per side, and if you already have him, it wont show you golden ticket, just switch to US or USSR and look if there is an golden ticket.
