NKVD Thompson in US tech tree. And move 50-rounds thompson to BR4. And all tech tree BR5 drum mag SMG to BR4.

1921 Thompson with 100 round magazine is the strongest Thompson in the game, its mocking that it was given to the Soviets so I will agree that the US needs that gun.
However the 1928A1 50 rounds Thompson is the most BR5 tech tree worthy SMG in the game, moving it down to BR4 would be power creeping and unfair towards other factions so Kiraly 39M and Ppsh41 would also need to be moved to BR4 (plus all of their variants).

Are we surprised? Dark Force gave the Soviets the ONLY paratrooper squad in the game with fully interchangeable weapons loadouts, so why wouldn’t DF give them one of the best Thompson’s as well.

I dont know, NKVD Thompson is crazy strong because of its better stats - not just the bigger mag
I have my reservations about it too, moving strong weapons from BR5 to BR4 will hurt BR3, but it also might just give BR4 a fighting chance against BR5 so I will just shut up and see what happens.

Beretta 38 (40 rounds) which is a mix of Pps42 (BR2) and M1 beretta/beretta 38/42 (BR2/3) doesnt really feel BR4 worthy to me.
M1 Thompson is about the same as M1A1 Thompson but higher recoil and fire rate so M1 could be BR3 IMO.

Ah okay, the kiraly isn’t a drum weapon so I thought the proposal was to keep em at BR5.
idk do the Americans really need this? Crazy Hyde is so increadibly good, adding the best SMG for them is sort of well …
US would then become the strongest faction without much competition thats all I would say.
I want authentic US WWII experience and good assault weapon. Hyde is not authentic.

Thompson 100 is not authentic either …
For US I like BRIII a lot because of authenticity. Its my favourite BR for that faction.

If Dark Force would do the right thing, the thing that the vast majority of players have been requesting for as long as I can remember and totally remove BR5 from all other BR levels and make it a stand along BR level, then level 3 and 4 would both prosper, instead of wither on the vine. But, if Dark Force is consistent in one thing, it is that that don’t listen to their players.
