With Switch 2 Reveal now out, does anybody think a Switch 2 port may be an idea the devs might look into? This is a massive opportunity to bring an entirely new player base to the game. people tell me Nintendo has strict regulations on stuff, which IMO isn’t true, there’s already M-rated games on Switch, enlisted wouldn’t be any different.
Its not impossible, but depends on many things we dont know yet.
The real question is how would Switch players access stores? If Switch gets its own store through which players will be able to buy enlisted gold, premiums ect than it will probably happen unless Gaijin, the publisher has other plans.
think they will not port it to switch 2. there are 2 reasons for it:
- it has ARM CPU and even WT which has better resources runs like crap on ARM CPUs. if WT(and dagor engine) actually gets decent ARM support, then i could see enlisted getting their ARM version in year or two after that.
- while some M rated games exist on switch, nintendo’s primary audience are mostly kids and teenagers. not to mention that switch probably sucks for playing FPS games.
