It is a gaijin sale, however the gaijin store discounts dont kick in till the 7th of May.

Calm down, its likely the announcement will come later today or tomorrow since they just posted the mini update announcement, I just really really hope it isnt a 30% sale like WT’s atm, I know the WT community is in a mini meltdown over there.
