Yeah, they did the black dudes wrong in this game real bad.

I would love to hear some real fucking cussing for once why the Chinese say fuck and shit while Americans and British say bastard and damn

This not a joke the Chinese lines say this

A person that played the Chinese clients can confirm this (they also speak mandarin bc they’re Chinese)

Where’s the fucks the bitches and shits!?

Also people did say this back but issue is that our media was super clean back then so cussing was as bad as murder

i mean they got one of the fuckers from sniper elite to voice some lines for the germans

they are very cheap on fiver. for 100$ DF could double the amount of voice lines in the game.

the issue there is that they might not be good quality

T-there’s a reason why they’re on fiver… bc they suck

They’re not a professional
They don’t have the set up
They’re generally known for not being good

If they do I hope they take dedication like battlefield 1 my word did they excute voice acting so well. Not asking for replica but hope they put in similar dedication

I am personally annoyed by the unique fighters from the Halloween event squads, why a hefty man from the Soviet squad speaks in such a childish voice, and a German in a gas mask so clearly, as if nothing is worn on his face

the ones in enlisted arent really good either. but the ones on fiver are often times good, especially if their oversees with low price level countries.

depends on which nation you are talking about the american lines aren’t done well but the germans and the japs are good, and the german one makes sense because they had an actual actor/VA do it too

Which getting a random from fiver not gonna be any good there Infact it’s gonna bring down the quality even further

I wonder how this is going to work when the Event’s magic Chinese squad travels to Tunisia and fight Germans/Italians there?

Yeah, no.

“Kopfschuss HAHA”, “ja ja ja das ist toll!” – Germans sound like lunatics on mad hans fuhrer road trip

And the Japanese use so much post-WW2 NATO terminology it’s not even funny

For the OP’s request, I can only recommend my BF1/V sound mod:

I would happily do a enlisted voice acting for free

Tagetto, Grenedo, Arufa, Beta, Chari, what else? Tone is alright, I guess? But many loanwords are really immersion breaking when I heard it.

That’s what I want even more from the black soldiers, Maybe they have an southern accent.

Midwest Chicago or American Northeast from New York.

“We need a motherfucking rally point!” or “Where that ammo crate n shit!”

It depends on the Voice talent and the range they can perform.

Fiverr more popular these days for independent contractors and freelance work thanks to the

pandemic from years ago.

yeah im sure cheaping out on fiverr will produce great results

In fact, the commander has way too many voice lines, although currently we can only hear a couple when he changes ammo or the tank is immobilized, for some strange reason, most of his dialogues are disabled, but the commander himself has dialogue when he destroys an enemy tank, he has dialogue when an enemy tank is marked, he has dialogue when he kills an enemy platoon, he has dialogue when a crew member dies, he has dialogue when he changes seats etc…

They are great dialogues, I don’t know why they are disabled

The voice acting in the current game is truly unsatisfactory, especially when compared to top-tier works like Red Orchestra 2 . The voice director seems absent, contributing nothing to the characters’ lines, which completely lack any sense of historical authenticity or identity. In fact, these lines could be transplanted into Counter-Strike without feeling out of place. As for the Japanese voiceline, they are nothing short of a disaster for those who understand the language—both in terms of the actors’ emotional delivery and the script’s content… Ironically, the best performance here comes from the Chinese squad, likely due to the professional voice actors specifically recruited by the Chinese publisher…

Sorry, the voice was recorded by Gaijin, not the Chinese publisher.
