This time, I would like to propose the implementation of the experimental tank “Ka-Ha” developed by the Japanese Army during World War II in the game.
The Ka-Ha is a special vehicle modified from the Type 97 medium tank, and was designed to use high voltage to shock enemy soldiers and communication equipment. The vehicle is equipped with a DC generator and power distribution device, and was designed to damage the enemy by discharging up to 10,000 volts into the ground or enemy communication lines.
Tanks that perform such electrical attacks are very rare, and due to its uniqueness, I believe that by featuring the Ka-Ha as a special unit or event in the game, players can provide a new tactical experience.

No because I think your probably missing the main point of this vehicle, a point which isnt in this game, is basically a type of engineering vehicle, you might be able to electrify a swamp or burn out a comms line, but that isnt really in the game.
If you do want something Unique those, may I recommend this.

A flamethrower equipped engineering vehicle, you could allow it to repair nearby friendly tanks while providing AI controlled flamethrower cover. This could also just work as a flamethrower tank and would fit in well with an update to give all the nations a TT flamethrower vehicle, give the germans a 251 with a flamethrower and the soviets something like the T-26 with a flamethrower.
This one already exists. It is the ht 130
I forgot about it for some reason, just said the first light tank with a flamethrower that came to mind for the soviets, but there is shit tons of options anyhow for them.
