They should add anti-tank artillery, with that artillery would be perfect to eliminate those tanks that are too far away or located in places that are highly guarded by the enemies.
If it retained the incoming artillery indicator, it would be very easy for tanks to just avoid, and if it didn’t, it would be kind of bs. Honestly if used carefully smoke is actually already a really strong tool for this, since you can blind a tank and get up close to them without them being able to spot and kill you.

Well, that’s what engineer AT guns are for.
I don’t see the reason for adding that as another radioman artillery type.
1)Those things weren’t designated AT weapons, do using them in such way would be wrong imo. Although they could increase the potential damage that current artillery can do to a tank (breaking tracks, destroying if hit directly).
2)“Tank too far” usually means that it is sitting in his grey zone, so artillery would be useless anyway.

stuff like diffrent caliber or diffrent shells
larger cabiler arty would be just a straight upgrade, aphe shells might work, but because of their low velocities could struggle againt heavily armored tanks and i dont think they were used for such porpouses
there’s already more than enough things that reward kills with zero risk.
