Medium tank of the USSR, mass-produced, field tested, but did not participate in battles (like rd44/ac 44 in Berlin, mkb in Moscow, jumbo and m2 carbine in Normandy, mg 45, half of Japanese weapons, you can supplement).
This tank was in closed testing, at one time it was removed due to its “historicity” (in reality, the tank was not completed, since mass production was planned by the summer of 1945). Due to the global update of the progression, I see no problems in his return to the game.
Japan
Chi nu is already in the game files, it is known to everyone, and therefore there will be no talk about it.
The big argument about historical correctness has already been on this forum.
And he believes that the F panther that never came into being, Chi-to and Chi-Ri, and the T-44 never took part in the fight, but did rise.
It would be nice to see them in the game for sure.
However, I would prefer that developers focus on the years 1939-1940, and only then on later constructions. Because the Second World War is not just Okinawa, Northern France 1944, the Ardennes or East Berlin 1945.
the t 44 is not necessary, most weapons that are added (the ones that didnt take part in ww2) are atleast heavily influenced by it and can be placed in the time period with a quick glance, the t-44 is more of a extremely early cold war tank, like the is-3
This tank was mass-produced already during the WW||, it is much more difficult to call it a Cold War tank, unlike the American T series and Centurion, it is more correct to call the T54 Cold War tank, which adopted a lot from the T44.
To do this, first of all, the French / Poles are needed, which, of course, can be put into the allied branch, but it will be much more strange than Italy, like the German branch or the British in the US branches. By the same logic, you can shove the Chinese into the branches of the Soviet Union. If the devs don’t unite the French/Poles with the US, then the devs won’t introduce actions before the 41st, because the big update is meant to bring players together, not divide them again.
This would create an environment for new players.
Polish, German and French equipment from the beginning of the war according to the new mechanics would be up to tier III.
For new players, normal animations and balance are more important, at least in matches. If you can’t get out of the window normally, get stuck in textures or grenades fall into the ground, then the setting will not keep you in the game for a long time. If conditional allies or an axis take a point faster / get more reinforcement points on the same map just because they are allies or an axis - this forces already “old” players to leave.
T 44 participated in the war in the same way as Japanese tanks. This is an excellent medium tank, equal to the rival of the Tiger 2 (with a 100mm D-10T gun) and Panthers (with an 85mm ZIS 53 gun) in enlisted conditions. T 34 85 are excellent opponents for panthers in war thunder, where they have an advantage in mobility and they do not go to slaughter along the same street, and is 2 is a hostage to the crooked hands of the developer, who could not set up the shell mechanics in both war thunder and Enlisted - as a result, in the enlisted conditions, the tank simply becomes a cactus due to a long reload. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if the tank becomes a premium unit, along with a diesel tiger 2 or a panther 2/F.
