When they announced the soft rule I decided to play Br2 and my last 2 days is always ends up against br3 Soviets or 3v10, 1v6 matches, what is wrong with low br germany? Also even with Br2 setup, game says my matches will be “Br1-Br3” Not "Br1-Br2 "
maybe if you actually read the news u will realise whats ur problem, but yeah stop trying to abuse newbies

Why would it be br 1-2?
Only those who wanted to minmax top dog teams wanted this. Thankfully it’s going towards +/-1. No br is safe! No minmaxing.

What abuse? I use bolt rifles, I use puma and pz3j not even Pz3N, and Every match I end up with Kv1s T34s or against unbalanced teams
Because from what I remember they said matchmaking will take longer and game tries to find enough player for specific Br, but if there is not enough player then it will be +1 or -1, but every single time I click on SEARCH, I find matches less than 10 second, and end up against br3 players
… And where is the issue? You play br2, you get matched as supposed, with br +/-1. So you can meet br3 ppl who are br+1.

The entire german faction seems weak af in high BR (4-5)
So maybe the low BRs are also sparse
U didn’t understand me, Im expecting to wait 1 minute or 2 minute because I want to play with Br2 people, I don’t even care about br1. but every single time game finds me a match less than 10 sec and throws me against Br3 guys, it wasnt like this at 1.day, I enjoyed Br2 because it was balanced and game didn’t put me against br3, but last 2 days always with br3, I wanna wait till game makes sure there is not enough player
I believe so, Before Br2 setup, I played BRV in Rzhev and we end up with 3v10 matches(not include bots)
I end in a br 5 game with japs using only br 2 stuff ^^
make it hard rule and you got a deal!

Sadly for you, nobody promised that, and most people do not want that.
You can make a GREAT suggestion post and convince darkflow to apply ±0 BR matchmaker. Then your dream will come true that BR2 players only fight BR2 players.

Did I read wrong? Didn’t they said Matchmaking may take longer because of searching for enough people for specific Br but if it can’t find it will be +1 or -1 ?
I don’t need to make a GREAT suggestion post for that, my first day after the “Anouncment” was pretty chill, game didn’t put me against kv1 and T34 guys, even if I lost or win it was against br1 or br2. But last 2 days constantly same just like before the “Anouncments” also during first day matchmaking showed me my matches will be Br1-Br2 and now it shows Br1-Br3 which means soft rule is not working, it worked first day.
If you want to play BR 1-2 only then you need BR 1 squads as I have observed when playing. If you have any BR 2 weapons at all, then you can be stuck in a BR 1-3 battle. I have squads that are all ready for BR1 and when it loads it says BR 1-2 Battle, and when I use level 2 squads it says BR 1-3, and when I load my BR3 squads it says BR 3-5.
if this is the case its enough for me. my issue was, after the first day, game turned back to old matchmaking and I thought “soft rule” is not working anymore or useless, but just like u said if I put Br1 squads and I can play without Br3 soviet abusers then its okay
If your not opposed to spending a little money, you can buy two allied SMG squads from the bottom left of the research tree which are BR1. One uses the Sten Mark 3 which is a decent gun, and the other uses the M55 Reising which is a knock off of the M50 in the research tree. I had bought a while back an M3 US Reinforcement squad off the Enlisted website, It was about $19 US. Plus you can build the Medic squad in the research tree to give you 4 SMG level 1 squads. Just an idea, but over the past couple years I ended up buying them all and use them if I want to battle in Level 1-2.
No not unique BR.
Instead of the classic BR (1-3 or 3-5 ) they created new BR +/- 1 : BR 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5
So if you have your squads in BR 2 you can encounter a match with BR 1-2 or BR 2-3 .
If you have BR 3, it’s BR 2-3 or 3-4
…
But if the matchmaking don’t find enough players so the old system is chosen (BR 1-3 or 3-5)

Yeah this is a misread of the new bracket system.
Simplified matchmaker tries to match you into a +/-1 bracket and only in 1-2mins if that fails you get a old match system of 2 brackets.
Based on ur reporting ur matching correctly since BR3 is becoming very popular now
