I don’t think DF really touches anything when Gaijin sends them the models. I think it’s just that the games are completely different (for example the physics are obviously different between the 2 games) and as such the same models need to be tweaked to work as intended. However I doubt DF could really tweak these currently because Gaijin would have to teach at least someone at DF about how their models work and how they could change certain parts of it if they wanted to.

The never ending story… u really have problems to balance a shooter like this in symetric battle…
Because on paper a Tiger 2H can easly kill plenty off Sherman, like 20 :1… btw that happend in past.
In warthunder the Tiger 2H is matched up with tanks from 1960+ above to hold it fair.
Bring me on a maybe good Idea for gamemode, there the Germans have to suport a Tiger 2 H on his Route threw 5 Points.

If we never suggested anything the Dev’s haven’t/don’t usually do, we’d never get anything good and they’d continue with the shit balance and monetize even more, but I’m not sure what’s left to make a buck on at this point.
Oh just look at what Gaijin just decided to try with the newest update (War Thunder). If DF decided to follow Gaijin’s absolute brainless greed they’d put an expiration date on our Orders. Sounds fun doesn’t it?
