Here is my suggestion regarding card categories. In Moscow and Stalingrad you need cold weather clothing, gloves and snow gear. Several styles could be added.
New clothing items of several themes are expected to be added based on card categories. new gloves, tops, pants and head accessories like glasses. New helmets and also haircuts. officer uniforms.
