[Suggestion] New Game Mode Inspired by Arma Reforger

Hello Enlisted team!
I’d like to suggest a new game mode inspired by Arma Reforger, to bring more freedom, immersion, and realism to the game.

:pushpin: Main idea:

A large, open map, different from the current ones, with a dynamic environment.

Players spawn at various bases around the map.

Players can choose vehicles such as jeeps, trucks, tanks, planes, and even helicopters (if added in the future).

Main objective: capture bases and strategic points (64x64 or 32x32 players).

Loot system: after defeating enemies, players can collect weapons, ammo, medkits, etc.

More realistic injury system: depending on where you’re hit, you don’t die instantly, but can become unconscious, so you can be revived or finished off.

:sparkles: Why is this good?

Brings a tactical, open-world combat experience.

Encourages teamwork and strategic area control.

Adds a fresh new layer to the game and attracts mil-sim fans.

To expand the idea, it would be awesome to have dynamic weather, day-night cycles, and maybe light fortification mechanics (barricades, sandbags).

I hope you like this idea!
Thank you for making an amazing game. :rocket:

It’s really impossible for a game mode like this to come to Enlisted.

Why? For years, since the game’s release, there have been quite a few similar suggestions, and none of them have come to fruition. Furthermore, a large part of the community wouldn’t agree with this mode… because a more strategic and tactical style of play like this would make the gameplay much slower and more deliberate. Well, Enlisted is plagued by people who play it like it’s Call of Duty… literally, they don’t even bother building rally points. Now imagine a 100% tactical game mode… if this game mode were to come to Enlisted, it would practically be hated by many.

Personally, I would love it, but seeing as how many people prefer to play Rambo, I see it as impossible for a game mode like this to be incorporated. The closest thing is the Big Action mod in custom games.

@Ma_theos33 beat me to it, but try the big action mod, unironically its all I would play in this game if I didnt need to hoard silver to gamble with.

Probably because thats the only thing the game is good for.
AI serves as nothing else than mobilespawn point, annoyance and shooting targets.

Now imagine doing that 35min long tacticool flank operation just to be revealed by AI that got scared and ran to you because you were 40m away from him.
