Where is our Stalingrad from the Moscow Campaing? I kind of thought it would be mandatory considering the fact that the operation of Barbarossa was pretty much ended there, and there could be 10 different sets of maps on the system.
One where you could take the fight to the tunnels/ water systems under the city, One where Soviets could start by crossing the river on boats, one on the famous shopping mall, one where the German side has to break out of the siege etc.
If there is a plan to add Stalingrad, when is it coming does anyone have any idea?
the battle of Stalingrad was not only during snowy winter, so it might as well be a mix between Moscow and Berlin.
Also whats gonna be the complaint about when they be adding the Ardennes? Buh buh its just Normandy with snow, as if there can only be one âopen fieldâ map and one âcityâ map.
Yea, they should rearrange the game so that the progression is locked not to the campaign, but to sth like a âtheaterâ, of which campaigns are a part of. For example, youâd have âWestern Front 1944-1945â that would include sets of maps from Normandy, Ardennes, Rhine crossing and meaybe Operation Market Garden, each map seyt having slightly different matchmaking rules - no Jumbo in Normandy, no M36 Jackson (if it will appear) before Ardennes and so on. This would make re-grinding each progression much less of an issue, as it would make each progressio cover much more scenarios.
easy solution do what War thunder did with Helicopters and the Israeli tech tree when you reach a point in the Moscow campaign you unlock Stalingrad and all the and you already have the Mp40 vz24 and panzer 3 unlocked as they were used their too and later equipment like the T-34 and Panzer 4 F2 and G Mg 42, FĂG 35M , Solothurn 31.M , M1 bazooka and etcetera
I would like Stalingrad to have its own campaign with two sets of uniforms both summer and winter like Red Orchestra 2 while some other maps from the same period like the Caucasus and Velikiye Luki as extension for the campaign.
Not important from gameplay standpoint.
Another ruined city, this time with snow (mostly) and same factions.
