Basically is a aim and click plane which can easily destroy every single tank in Game
DF and Gaijin developers: br 1 seems fine to me : )
It’s got 13 rounds. The worst possible maneuverability and speed and no real anti infantry means of attack. This thing is just a poor man’s BF-110

It’s more than enough for being a headache if the situation is good and theres a figther plane defending You
It’s also got no real means of attacking enemy infantry despite being in the attacker role.
Oh well thats another point but consider the fact that if is used in br 1 the IAR Will be doing the role of CAS and figther too
And if we move on br 5 fw a 8 and 109 k 4 can do the same also the Fiat g55 can be usefull to at br 4
The real problem is in br 2, 3 which Yep is less useful
It’s just a waste of an attacker slot in my opinion considering the CAS potential that you’re missing out on
Ye i get You bf 110, ju r2, ju 188 and fw d12 are examples of excelent cas planes
I wouldnt call that excellent. Having only 1 bomb is huge disadvantage. Ju 87 d5 is better with the 20mm and multiple bombs

People complained about grey zone camping tanks so here we are.
We got flying AT guns.

I can already see a future where spies use this aircraft to illegally occupy bomber slots without being able to kill any tanks or aircraft.
Look at it this way.
Engineers can build AT guns at br1. Those guns certainly cannot fly… but they can be buit just everywhere…
So the same result will be achieved: popped out tank.
However now that the tank exploded, the engineer can continue the good fight building rallies, machine guns, fortifications, or simply rambo cap zones himself: the fight is not over for him! All that package in br1!
The Duck… well… there’s nothing else to do. Fly in circles, enjoys the scenery… either wait for any and every plane to come and take it out (not even counting AA) or hope another tank will spawn.
That’s why it’s br1. It’s an AT gun. It flies, certainly, but it’s all it can do… literally nothing else.

LaGG and 45mm Yaks were only the beginning of a new era.
Only a shame it uses same squad as Pinguin Stuka.

Purely HE, yes I suppose but it could at least take out infantry. Since Soviets and Usa tanks are also softer on top, it could probably at least make their engines catch ablaze.
But now, it cannot. It’s only tanks… it’s why br1 is reasonable.
Think about it. If the guy is f2p, you think his only plane will be the specialist Duck, or the jack of all trade I AR?

hehe cos cannon planes to take out tanks are already super popular
But The Duck will be alot of fun
