New Gamemode Concept - Battleline

I don’t think I must explain it with Graphics what I mean with it :slight_smile:

Right now we jump into Battles and are immediately into the Warzone with no time to breathe before the Storm. We have Engineer Squads that can Build Tank Traps, MG-Positions (MG Nest for example) or Barbed Wire. Can lay Mines and so on - now the simple Idea:

Let’s put all these assets we have right now, Infantry, Tanks, Planes, Villages etc and put them into a so-called, Battleline Mode were like in Conquest (correct me if I’m wrong :innocent: ) we have a timer before the Battle Start so the Defending Team has time to attach Position before the Attacking Team comes with Tanks, Infantry and so on. Basically set a timer before the Battle itself is Starting so the defending team can Build (if the Engineers want to).

To counter Build-Spamming, the Number of Buildings Engineers can build, has a fixed Number so you cant make the Berlin Wall with Sandbags in front of the Enemy before they attacking :> It is only a simple Idea but I think Immersion is a big Selling point for this Game.

Yeah, it needs work but, If Darkflow Software is willing to make it good and don’t want to make the mistake Gaijin is making with there Community, I see a pretty good Game with Enlisted in the future :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

No need for this. We already have pre-built stuff on invasion maps like D-Day.

No need for this either, really

Also conquest is the control point mode. Not the attack/defend modes. I don’t see how this applies to conquest.

I like the enthusiasm and I hope something on the scale of the entire maps gets implemented because there is so much ground and so much potential for this.

I had Invasion and where is there any pre-time before the Battle starts? o_o I had Invasion on Dday and there is near instant shooting at the Start from both sides

There is no pre-time. Defending side has a lot of fortification by the map design - bunkers, stationary MGs, sandbag barricades.

yeah but the point was not to make D-day Stronger for Axis. The point was the have the Chance and possibility to build Sandbags, MGs etc on Maps that HAVENT such things via Mapdesign :man_shrugging:
