Just Hold, J button, remove sandbag, move soldier, maybe give bit more room with sandbags. 
You built it with soldier stuck in sandbag is all, well i belive, again, i could be way off.

I always jump on top of it when i build sand bag around and from the last patch my soldier just sink on it
My bad, but i thinking same would still apply, you stuck yourself in it
again, i keep thinking of, logical reasons in my book, why this could of happened, before i go thinking it is the game, that is all, sorry
