More silver weapon orders and less appearance changes and useless 50% xp boost

the only thing I am running constantly out of are bronze weapon orders, I dont know how to spend all my silver orders ( yes I already had most stuff unlocked before the change, still my bronze weapons orders are always much lower than all the other thing I have)
