It could be a weapons factory/industrial district, and what would make it unique would be that there would be warehouses where players can find caches of German weapons, Kar98Ks G43s and MP40s, maybe even an MG34 or MG42.

that sounds nice, and maybe we could work the weapon caches into the existing maps too
