New ammo type?

I found an interesting thing on the practice fields.

The thompson looks like have a diferent ammo maybe?

I took this vid in the live patch.

But i found a vid from january, and there is no smoke behind the bullets.
(Thompson at 0:32)

All the other weapons don’t have this smoke effect, just the thompson.

This has to do with them improving the graphics, i just can’t understand why other weapons don’t have it, It clearly isn’t a new ammo type because there isn’t any type of ammo that can just create not create smoke since its just a normal reaction to a collision.

Yes, that make sense it can be a new graphic update.

But, its not only the collision, the smoke line is starting from 3-4meter away from the weapon.
