Yeah, I totally agree with the Uragan uptier. Its stats are basically identical to the Type 2 SMG, and compared to other BR2 weapons it’s just way too strong. Both of them really belong in BR3, no question.

I’m with you on wanting British as its own subfaction — I’d 100% switch to them too if the option was there. Lee-Enfields, Ross, Brens… that lineup would be amazing.
But here’s the thing: even if/when British becomes a subfaction, you’re still going to be facing the same Japanese lineup. If Japan stays as overtuned as it is now, the British will end up suffering just as much as the US does right now. Basically, by not supporting nerfs to Japan now, you’re setting up your future main faction for the exact same pain.
So yeah, better to fix Japan’s balance today rather than let them keep stomping tomorrow’s British too. Unless, of course, you actually want to collect tea-drinker scalps for the Emperor forever.

I just don’t agree that Japanese low-BR guns are the objective supperior to Allied ones, that’s the issue here.
There’s the Type 38 Rifle, which yes is the best BR I rifle in the game.
The rest? It’s on par with the allies, if not worse. They’re not identical, they are different, but I don’t agree that they’re better.
Again, US/Commonwealth are really strong, absolutely competative, heck the Lancaster is a candidate for the best BR II SMG, only contested by the Soviets, and the Lee-Enfields + Ross are God-tier, the BARs are great and so are the Brens.
And we haven’t even gone into vehicles, where tanks are objectively supperior to Japan, and tech tree aircraft are balanced (just don’t turnfight a Zero, lmao, don’t fight any battles on their terms and you’ll do fine).

They are still stronger than Germany. Soviets will have harder time playing vs Japan post nerf than vs Bot & Newbie nation of Germans.

I don’t know what to do about the Mk IX Spitfire. There are later Marks that should be added to the game, such as Mk XIV, or 17 and/or 18, they should absolutely be a BR higher than the Mk IX in turn, but neither of the Mk 14, 17 or 18 are BR V worthy (thanks Jets, basicly only the Mk 20+ variants will do here now).
Maybe just BR III? It’ll definetly still be King of the Hill, but it would still leave room for expanding the list.
Edit: The Fw planes would be serious counters to the Spitfire in BR III (due to high speed, great armamaments, and supposed high turnrate in high speed + high altitude engagements), but they all still remain broken after several years…

The problem is that it has a very good turn in BR2 and plays against the BR1, BR2 and BR3 planes of Germany that don’t have much turn, I went back to using the Zero BR2 in BR3 to beat this Spitfire
And he wouldn’t do badly in BRIV, he still beats all German and Japanese fighters BRIV and BRV on the turn and has the highest climb rate of a non-jet fighter in the game.
To that I’d say: don’t turnfight a spitfire?
Same as with the Zeros, just don’t go madly into a brawl with one of them, be more strategic. The highest turn stat will always win, so just don’t if you know your aircraft is poorer.
And I do think that if they just FIXED THE GOD DAMN BROKEN FW FLIGHT MODEL AT SOME POINT then it would be a serious counter to the Spitty, boom and zoom is how you counter a turnfighter (P-38s are great Zero hunters for example, the FWs should function the exact same way).

The type 100 definitely needs bumped to BR2…but everything elese for Japan is crap. The aircraft, tanks, LMGs, even the AT are just not great . This kinda balances out the faction so people will play Japan. Since the Manchurian campaign is SUPPOSED to be coming, the type 100 really needs to match the PPS43. It really isn’t a problem unless you are BR1…I can beat them with any faction at BR2, and when playing them can beat any faction. Ideally a Allied SMG could get bumped up but they do have a Thompson at BR2 now.
We know how the war went so we might as well all pack up and go home?
You’re delusional if you think the spitfire deserves a 2 BR uptier. Maybe 1 but definitely not 2.

It has a better turn than practically any BR1, BR2 and BR3 aircraft of Germany and has the best climb rate of a non-jet fighter in the game, is it BR2? Of course not

Low ammo count and a single bomb make it only BR 2 (even BR 3 is pushing it) worthy while also being harder to obtain because it’s an event plane. Are you that close minded that you only focus on the one thing it excels at?

Yes its perfectly balanced plane the best things devs can do is move the spitfire to BR III or IV and give it Bigger bomb since I absolutely destroyed all the Ki-100 planes with it xD

That’s 100% just bad pilots. Just by looking at that scoreboard I can tell their team was average.
Its not bad pilot it was BR III match against BR II and I if I destroyed with this plane the BR III Ki-100 how do you think the plane is just not for BR II. If they put one big plane overall and should be put on the same BR as Ki-61 and La-7 and Fiat G55 since its on their level…
How the Fiat G 55 is better ? or the La-7? or the Ki-61 ?
As much as I enjoy playing broken planes the plane cant stay in BR II forever. I did not need even to play seriously with it since there is no challenge … I was directly going to their carrier getting killed by it cuz I was not even having to play seriously you just spam it and go delete them its so easy even against Ki-100…
The premium Japanese Ki-61-Hei and this spitfire should also be on the same BR how a event plane in BR II is better then premium plane in BR IV go on explain me

You had one good game and you made your assumption. I’ve played many games against it and with it and I’ve had no problems at all. It really doesn’t belong any higher than BR 3 and as an event plane that isn’t common to have, it’s fine at BR 2 due to the low ammo and small single bomb. Ohh and premium planes aren’t supposed to be better otherwise it’s called pay to win. So that argument is invalid.
