This weapon is coming to BR2, but it’s too OP for BR2, increase its reload speed from 2.3 to 3.2.

I don’t understand what you mean, but most BR2 semi-autos have a reload time of 3.2, such as type hei, liu, armaguerra, etc.(But otsu has a reload time of 2.3.)
Also, the Otsu’s recoil is much lower than the others.

I also did a recoil comparison, each of these is after 5 shot, I didn’t control the guns and kept the mouse in the air:

Well, this was previously in BR3 and only had 5 bullets, which is probably why they gave it almost zero recoil and a very slow reload speed (2.3), but with the BR reduction this weapon should also be nerfed.

Well yeah, type otsu ĥas no recoil at all, like 0 in both horizontal and vertical, only visual recoil

Yes, it has no recoil on the stat card. It does have visual recoil which makes it nigh impossible to land two shots on exactly the same spot in normal battle situations. You are rarely gonna stand completely still shooting a perfectly stationary target while not moving your mouse at all when clicking multiple times
Calling for a nerf based on reload speed is preposterous. Not every gun should exist in the same stat deviation per tier across all factions. Like every other Japanese semi auto its 13.9 damage is average, only outdamaging the lower caliber semi’s like the M1 Carbine. The Type Otsu had no place in tier III where it was being power crept to hell.
it intentionally has 0 recoil, it will still kick, but it will always perfectly recenter on your screen

reminds me of Fallout New Vegas in which guns have exactly zero recoil so devs just made the camera shake instead.

Better half of BA rifles ingame have 0 recoil - check spreadsheet for “recoil control 100%”.
If anything, germans are masters in this field only 2 BAs with recoil.
Auto 5 used to have 0 recoil, it got changed to 50% recoil later.

Yes, that semi-auto BR4 (I can’t remember the name!) deserved to be in BR3, but Otsu is just too powerful for BR2.
