So have you actually confirmed that or are you just complaining because it might have been just a typo by euth?
In game it does have recoil even if not very much.

Also it got low damage so even if everything you say is true it isnt as broken as the 4th fedorov added.

This rifle has no recoil whatsoever!

The Type Otsu has 100% recoil control because it was the weakest BR3 rifle, however it became a BR2 rifle and as such it needs its recoil control completely removed since other tech tree BR2 semi-auto rifles (except M1 Carbine) don’t have recoil control.

I believe that the air spawn needs to be fixed, they should remove the carriers and have everyone spawn from the air.

Fedorov 1912 is the best rifle on BR2.
Its unfair to nerf the Type Otsu only when Fedorov 1912 is also busted compared to Armaguerra or Type Hei rifle.

Technically it’s not really 0 recoil, it’s just that the gun returns to its original aiming point extremely quickly making it effectively 0 recoil unless you spam fire it (but even then the recoil itself is a lot less)

you are comparing apple to banana, Liu rifle an event weapon.
BP, premium and BP guns sadly are almost always better than TT counterparts (I dont agree with this but it is what it is) so DF can sell them.

With 2.3 reload time you can destroy multiple squads in seconds! This weapon is better than any other American BR2 semi-automatic.
