Any squad with an engineer can build a rally point too.
I know that, that’s fine. However, there is NO OTHER SQUAD in the game that can click on the map and land in that spot.
Maybe limit the number of people that can spawn out of the rally point? (the rally points we have now can spawn 20 squads, the paratroopers could spawn 5)
potentially the Paratroopers are the first and only squad that deserves to have no access to a pioneer.
the whole point of pioneers is to build rallies which are incredibly important for this game, Paratroopers don’t benefit from rallies, paratroopers don’t need rallies, they just get close to the battlefield without them doing anything for it.
why there is so much hate towards paratroopers ?

- mortar is still useless compared to what the para trooper is designed for
- explosive pack again is not the issue with paratrooper, so also pointless
-again most paratroopers are not building anything, they are being used as assault squads
none of these suggestions help with anything remotely close to what is making the paratrooper the game changer it has become, even with the limited map boundaries
I personally reject all these suggestions outright, they are lacking in understanding to the real problem that has been introduced to the game with having so many paratroopers

Somebody should make a thread showing happiness towards the paras.
The one thing the paras brought to the Allies in Normandy was a viable LMG to compete with the Germans before the 1919 becomes unlocked much later in the campaign
but people forget that this means that the germans can pick them up from the ground and also use them
it goes both ways, just have to kill one paratrooper first, which isn’t hard when they drop so frequently on the objective and just bring these gifts from the sky
the issue as always with this game isn’t the weapons or the tools
it’s which team has the most players with the most overpowered tools and toys and which team is full of quitters and bots
You’re literally on here just calling to nerf everything lmao. Its hilarious. Its also wrong. Paratroopers versatility is counterbalanced by their inability to hide (you can see them coming from a literal mile away) and their inability to have a backpack slot for ammo and the functional lack of an engineer since its with Mortar Squads only.
People complaining about the box weapon ammunition count being insufficient were nuts, you were getting two weapons you didn’t need those weapons to also have more ammo than you were likely to use in one life on top of it. Plus I doubt they even realized that they also applied that to Mortars and AT weapons which is just hilarious.
That still doesn’t matter if either:
- The enemy spawns with an engineer and drops another directly on that spot.
- Flamethrowers and other squads pop out of that spawn and absolutely decimate due to positional advantage they otherwise would have had to fight hard to achieve. They manage to take it with ease with 5 squads or less.
I do in fact have them. However, just because I have something doesn’t mean I’m going to fight to keep it OP. I’m FAR more interested in game balance that keeps it fair and interesting.
