Not really, if one must be better player & go thru more effort to compete with another who has superior equipment its balance issue.
I find it slightly ironic that console players with all the wheelchair assists you can imagine speaks about skill.
For this above mentioned reason your inferior platform has aimassists and what else.
This isn’t related to the topic of this post, but have you ever used a joystick? I don’t think you’re aware of how difficult it is to aim with just ONE FINGER.
Is there no shooter that doesn’t have aim assist? Maybe? I don’t think Enlisted was the pioneer in introducing this feature.
If you’re an active gamer, you’ll have noticed that console players, no matter how good their aim assist is, are terrible at playing. (Before you say it, this is due to the learning curve of how people get used to using a joystick in each game; we don’t have an “aimlab” to copy and paste all the sensitivities and settings from other games.)
Dunno, how this is relevant to subject of skill issue in enlisted.
Im fairly familiar with the fact that consoles are inferior in pretty much in every FPS game.
But anyway, according to you its just skill issue if you cant deal with meteor for example.
So according to your logic, hardware problem is just skill issue.
Your logic makes me doubt why you play enlisted. Because the way I see it, using the meteor automatically wins the game. Is that how it works? Man, you should have told me before. I was killing myself playing infantry.
But I’m not complaining. I don’t know how to explain it to you.
If a meteor kills me, I take out a plane and shoot it down, or I build an anti-aircraft gun, or I shoot 3 bullets with an MG at its engine, or I shoot with the tank’s MG, there are so many possibilities that I don’t understand why you people complain about things instead of accepting that someone killed you and continue playing.
This…You literally cannot kill anyone in the game with a plane if they have a roof over their head. At least a f**king tank can kill people in a building as long as their is a peep hole in the door, but for the love of Pete, I can hardly kill anyone standing in a building even if 75% of the roof is missing.
This guy would be protected against bombs in Enlisted.
This is not my case, because I play without crossplay to play on equal terms, the only space where I play with and against PC is in Solo Fighters or people from my discord.
actually the bombs were nerfed years ago in such manner that shrapnels go upwards in conical pattern.
Sometimes I have or my bots have died in top floors of houses, roof tops or hills due to this.
aka higher you are from bomb blast the greater chance to get hit by shrapnell.
But as said sometimes its not exactly something that happens in every game.
And fairly rarely on ground level since the simple prone protects you with ~99.99% chance from shrapnells.
Blast zone being obvious exception
The entire conversation is all about Meteor being stronger than any other plane in the game and its bombload being overkill for how good it flies
And even then you still are just throwing ad hominems instead of addressing how it is not a balancing issue when a noticably worse Meteor player can win a dogfight against another better jet pilot and then proceed to rain 150% more fire compared to them. Just try to answer that first
