I think 100 rounds in general sounds like a reasonable limit to MGs in general.

really cant say (probably not unless you can mount them on stinger). got this info from forgotten weapons so i havent really checked what kind of boxes they were. here is what ian has to say about it.

German firearms get nerfed most of the time or get outclassed by buffed fantasy weapons. When allied mains cry about “plz nerf germanz” it instantly happens.

Same right to all: Pls nerf the Stinger to its historical values (at least you US-boys still have more rof and ammo compared to the “historical accurate” MG42).

What does Germans have over them? Nothing good, STG44 has been outclassed, FG42 II is the worst performing rifle at BR5, Kiraly sucks, all other ARs sucks, only Conders is good but you can only have 4 of them vs 6 of Thompson drum of murricans, all top tier MGs are garbage and inferior to the American and Soviet equivalent.

• Superior AT Weapon at BR III and IV
• superior 47-50 round MG’s at BR III and IV,
• Two 75 round MG’s at BR IV and V
• VG1-5 is better than the M1 carbine, frankly it’s better/more useful than the M1 Garand; not as “quick’” to kill for sure, but it’s good enough and has enough ammo in it that you can dump it at medium to close range and get some hits.
• Armaguerra Mod. 39 at tier II, frankly underrated; has a similar problem to the M1 Carbine, and the Hei, and Otsu in that iit’s got a very small magazine, but at the very least (compared to the M1 carbine) has the decency to be far more lethal per bullet hitting… at least in my experience.
• Flamethrower equipped paratroopers. (Event or premium)

I could go on… next time you should try running with the MG-13 and Zb-26 against the soviets at tier III and IV, and keep in mind that you’re not having to deal with the VG1-5

I was comparing the Vickers G.O. used by one of the Event Allied Paratrooper squads to the MG15, a German Tech Tree Weapon.

Which is why I said IDK can german paras use the MG15 or not.
Since this is quite relevant as jumping with paras close to action or flanking makes quite differency.
So unless paras can use the MG15 its quite pointless comparison as no one use it as regular infantry.

excuse me I had a typo; meant V.G.O.; that feels like an SMG to use,

the V.G. 1-5 is fine;

the 30 carbine thompsons are nicer than the M1 carbine;

would honestly prefer them in semi-auto-only to the M1 carbine, even at BR III; if such a weapon were added to the tech tree;

you kinda didnt prove anything with bringing out all those weapons. except AT weapons which i agree are superior to US. german MG-s are rarely used(cause there are superior options to them), VG1-5 sucks (would rather use g41), armaguerra sucks cause it cant guarantee down with one hit past 10-20m (or at all against soviets) and it doesnt have magazine capacity (i prefer BA over armaguerra). also i havent seen flamethrower paratroopers since that event.

uh… not my experience; are you sure you’re using MG’s properly? they’re not big assault rifles meant for Rambo-ing everywhere… The VG 1-5 seemed quite good when I was using it yesterday… surprising given it was a last ditch weapon.
