I don’t understand the language, but I saw “nerf KV” and to that I answer:
Hell no.
KV MUST be hard to kill. But even so, it’s not as difficult as I first thought. A pz4 F CAN take out a KV pretty well provided the tanker is patient and knows the limitations of his own tank and the enemy KV. Hint: KV reload is very slow. Use that to take your time aiming correctly at weak spots.

GrB’s also rip right through the thing, and shooting the back portion of the turret with one will cause an ammo explosion if the KV1 hasn’t gone through more than 10ish rounds by the time you hit them.

I’ll try to translate, it’s definitely Polish language, don’t know why OP didn’t use simple translator for that. Of course English is not my first language, but you will understand it all.
Translating this the best I can, slightly different from original with my own words as the way OP wrote this hurts my eyes, it’s just one long sentence, sort of.
Either remove or nerf KV-1, because it’s too heavy armored and has too good cannon. As an example I was driving first Pz (must be Pz.III J) and spotted KV-1, not the first time I have dealt with this tank, so I decided to flank it from behind, but it didn’t do anything (shooting KV-1 from behind using Pz.III J apparently) because I couldn’t penetrate the armor. Later I tried to do something to him (KV-1) with TNT from the top, bottom, rear and front, but to no avail. Next I used explosive (explosion pack) and threw it under the tank, but it was fine (didn’t destroy KV-1). Please do something with it, because Pz.IV F2 is too weak compared to KV-1.
