When I’m fighting the enemy head-on, I don’t have enough combat endurance, I think 150 or 200 rounds of ammunition can be used for the battle, or special ammunition to carry around the equipment
I’m confused. Are you lacking endurance or bullets?
Endurance (Stamina) can be increased on soldiers through perks.
Bullets can be increased by adding ammo packs to soldiers, and by getting your engineers to build ammo caches.

The main weapon has too few bullets, and my T20 always runs out of bullets. I have to pick up weapons on the ground or commit suicide directly

That’s the point, SF only get 60 rounds to not completely overshadow both the MGs and SMGs/ARs. If you want more, get an ammo bag (120 total) or an engineer and spam ammo box whenever you “settle” on a position.

You need something called an ammo pouch. The large ones increase reserve mags by 100%. Also use Engineers, they can build supply crates to help you replenish.

Also when you are down to less than 5% (I think) of your max load Alt + “2” (IIRC) gives you 1 more magazine if you have any other squad members still alive, and they can reach you
