Need declaration of how match points translate to campaign xp

The points you get on the scoreboard isnt match to the campaign xp at all. multiple >1 or <1 is a mystery.

It even dosent has relationship whether you win or lose.
If this multiple is way less than 1, like x0.6, would let players frustrate a lot after playing so hard to earn points.

There’s 2 tech trees has function (one for squad, one for personal) effecting so called xp, but the direct relation is still unclear.
I have heard many complain about this in my local chat group, and here i’m asking for how this works.
We want at least some declaration of this, in case you, the devs, just gives whatever you want points of xp to us.

XP multipliers from squads have a role, as well as win/loss, afaik.

how you get 8000xp, it’s amazing.

This doesnt explains first 2 screenshots.

Agree with sfh0525, we need more stats because currently it looks very weird.

XP is based off of percentage of team score multiplied by time of match. While theres no actual way to calculate it thats the most important thing.

So, how is the xp:score less than 1 even I won the match?
Base multiplier is less than 1?
I only play solo now, I can calculate how the role I controlled, its time, score… precisely.

According to my experience, the score gained in match seems to be fixed.
Like taking a sector is +50p, killing someone in sector gives you more points.
But dose it relate to your match’s xp? If not, why you cheat us in this way?

I question if you read what I said

Of course I know you are pointing at time multiplied xp counts. But this can be controlled if I know exactly what each squad has played how long in match.

The length of match multiplier is not a flat rate, its an exponential rate, so a 30 minute match earns a much larger multiplier than 3 10 minute matches or 2 15s

It has nothing to do with how long one squad is selected. Its overall match length, not squad match time

This doesn’t affect so much

FIrst one, is over x3, latter one is less than 0.7, match length less than 10s.

Thats because its based mostly off match time, similar time lengths equals similar XP unless you have long matches with drastically different scores. Its the same system as war thunder

So, why in Enlisted, a different game, still use this mystery xp calculation? I do not play WT at all, and I believe this game will have more new players come here just for WW2 FPS, not for tanks and aircrafts.
Why not let devs changed the xp calculating system more straight forward?

Probably because it makes it more grindy. Theyre a business who wants to make money, having a system that encourages you to put more time into a game to unlock stuff instead of fragging out means more people buying premium stuff to level faster (since time is the main factor instead of score).

Not saying I agree with this tactic btw

My friends and I are seriously reconsidering about this game’s operating style and its future. It may just fail without any minor to major change.
All of my friends, especially investigate so much time to this game, seeing the long and disgusting progression and mystery xp reward, we are frustrated.

Yep, just like war thunder, its designed so you never are actually able to get everything in game without spending money before they add new content. As I’ve stated previously, I’ve played war thunder for around 75 days of IRL battle time over around 6 years, and unlocked around 15% of all vehicles in game. Its why I stopped playing war thunder, and while enlisted doesn’t look to be as bad, I’m still skeptical
