Need advice for tanker

Guys, what is the best way to destroy Axis tanks in Normandy? I have 2 tank squads - Firefly and Jumbo, both have good cannons, but in practice, I can land 8 shots on Panzers trying to hit ammo or fuel without any success. I only see “1 tanker killed” or “no casualties”. And then after 5 minutes of pointless shooting, they spot me and kill in one shot of course.

against panthers, just shoot here. both sides works wonders for me. both normandy and berlin.

note: i currently dont own or intend to buy the premium jumbo/firefly, i find them useless. but, normal jumbo just lacks apcr since the solid AP doesnt do damage after pen. so most times will be a useless tenis match where most times a jumbo will loose once the panther fires back.

if, the axis player inside the panther isnt a total oblivious twat.

It’s a very hard matchup if you can’t flank it. But in this case you can:

• Destroy the canon, Cannon are very weak, 1-2 shot and it’s done.
• Destroy one track,
• Get Closer/Kill the repear crew/Flank it.

It require to be very precise. And somewhat lucky.

How to destroy a panther with a US tank

im going to explain to destroy/disable a panther with US tanks (m10 excluded) [Enlisted 24_10_2021 04_24_15_LI] if you cant flank it, it’s literally invunlerbale, getting smart its the best option. angle yourslef if you have jumbo, destroy first 1 of the tracks and after the barrel this will force the player to come out and repair the tank. in the mean time you need to load an HE and pray to kill some crew member, if you have any other tank than jumbo you’re basically dead best course of act…

the best way to destroy an axle tank in normandy is with the old reliable demolition charge. And if the tank is in the gray area, use the plane to destroy it, hehe joke, always try to flank it and shoot it under the turret there is its ammunition, with good luck and at the first shot you destroy it.

Just flank it

yeah, preferably flank it, when you shoot try to see where the ammo rack is if you dont know (with the xray shot replay) adjust and fire again.

just be warned Physics in this game are very buggy for tank on tank combat,
for example;
-if you’re not lined up properly or a bit of an awkward angle the shot will not penatrate even if it has paper thin armour
-if target is moving even if you direct hit ammo rack some times it wont register
