Mysterious gun on display at Khun Yuam Imperial Japanese Army Museum

Does anyone know what the gun pictured below is on display at the Khun Yuam Imperial Japanese Army Museum?

The gas piston, and tip shape of the gun are different from the KE7 and FN1930.

Should be the same barrel, the gun miss the handgrip so look different

Honestly, bottom one looks like a G3, but that’s a post-war weapon.

They do look too similar!!! But why is it so shabby? LOL

Maybe its Howa type 89 it looks very similar to that,too

But the mag is a bit wierd so maybe Howa type 64 but the mag on that is too far from the grip
NVM now that I look closely its similar to G3 that Atomic-Invader sent
