My text box in game is bugged, i can,t read or write on it

no, what i talking about is:

i can,t write inside battles,

and i can,t read what my team mates are writing.

Go to Options → game
under there check this options:
Show player HUD → On
Show battle chat → On
harmonization mode → Off
or…

copy my settings

there is no shown battle chat, i going to desistal and install again.

Before that, you most likely have “harmonization mode” set to on,
If so, Change Harmonization mode to Off, restart and check options for chat option after
