my IA never uses panzerfaust, or any kind of special weapon, If I gave them a Fg 42 and a Karl98k they always use the karl98k

Yes, RMN-50 is infamous for becoming a TK shenanigans machine when in the hands of bots.

AFAIK there’s 2 ways to avoid such episodes:

  1. Play the soldier with the RMN first, then switch to others when he dies.

  2. ANECDOTAL - TO BE TESTED: try giving your RMN-50 guy a pistol too.

I gave a pistol to my RMN50 guy, and when I go back to him after cycling through soldiers, I find him with pistol equipped. So, PERHAPS, AI prefers switching to any other gun available rather than the RMN.

I guess the AI tries to prioritize firearms or pistol, but will use RMN (with nefarious consequences) if no alternatives are available.

if u only equip them with rmn-50, they would rush to enemies with the knife mostly… at least during june to july this year. but some times they will use rmn to blow up something, I couldn’t understand the logic well
