Its because you misunderstand the issue
With the Tiger 1 mantlet its not an issue of skill or penetration, its the way the armor and structure on it are modeled causing shells with much more pen than the 75mm M3 to get eaten
The IS-3 turret has the same issues

Also I thought of the Nashorn/Jpz4/70 and M10 as new additions for Normandy
Both not powercreep and the Jpz/Nash would be able to deal with the Jumbo handily while not being broken vs everything else

Absolute nonsense.
German tanks were routinely beaten by equal numbers of American tanks from 1944.
The Sherman was more reliable, more comfortable, could acquire targets more rapidly, and by 1944 the American crews were considerably better trained than new German ones.
In addition, as a main tank of armored units it was supported by better supplies, better infantry, better artillery and a plethora of other supporting arms such as tank destroyers, engineers and an actual airforce.
What greater allied tanks numbers allowed them to do was to support every attack with tanks, and also support every defence, and also have more armored troops as reserves. The smaller numbers of German vehicles were insufficient to provide the breadth of armored support in both defence and attack - they could do one of those things in 1 or 2 places, and that was all. The allies could do both of them, and everywhere all at once.
And same on the British side of things - the infamous Battle at Villiers Boccage saw about 25-30 British tanks destroyed vs 12-15 German - and that was with the advantage of Wittman arriving in the middle of the British tank sqn all being out of their vehicles - even with that, Tigers, and the “Ace” Wittmann they could only manage 2:1 “kills”!

Reporting it as an issue in WT wouldn’t go anywhere since everything just got gigafucked by volumetric armor and shells
