A few months ago, I purchased 6+ pieces of this item (black boots and green soldier pants) from the Stalingrad Campaign clothing options and equipped them on squad members. However, when I removed them today, they all disappeared.

try restarting game… sometimes it has trouble updating stuff.

I’ve Tried but nothing did work.
well, the cases are few:
-
either one of your active or reserve squad has said pants equipped in of the presets
-
due to bugs, they have been moved to another preset / squad
( sound similar, but two different issues )
not many know that there have been few cosmetic changes and resulted in some of the equipment being moved to another campaign.
for example, what happened to me in the first iteration of the merge:
where some items were moved to other presets.
or lost completely.
90% of the time, it’s one some squad and you didn’t noticed.
but if you believe you lost them, you should head over and contact the support team (
Gaijin Entertainment - Single Sign On ) login, and describe as accurate as possible while providing proof of the item that you bought.
technically, they should be aware, but it’s always best to have some proofs.
they will be able to help you better than most of us ( and helpers included ) help
