rejected, more ammo higher rate of fire, you cannot nerf damage nor accuracy so rejected. this is a game not a history lesson, i don;'t see you demanding tiger tanks and panthers be less reliable that would be historically accurate.
You can do other nerfs than recoil, accuracy etc. But both devs and big part of community are too mentally challenged to think outside of the box.
Also we were speaking about rof so why do you mention more ammo?
Gun shooting as fast as in reality and tanks being unusable due to mechanical failures are on a completely different level.
Better comparison would be to say “I don’t see you demanding tanks have real armor values”. Except we already have that (mostly). Otherwise I want my Pz3 with 80mm frontal armor as mirror balance of the KV1.
the reason is skill, no matter how good you are you cannot shoot faster
so it would need to be a heavy enough nerf to accuracy and recoil so that a good player could not just ignore/overcome it,
Germany has the weakest smgs at br2 and yet Americans just keep getting better and better guns at their BR2/BR3 it’s getting ridiculous. They should downtier a lot of smgs to br2/3 and also give us FNAB with faster rof.
yeah but then you would have to uptier german MGS which are better at every tier than Americas, sorry but outside the stinger most us mgs are mediocre for there tier only better then japans.
I agree. But the whole time I try to explain to you that here is something like shooting too fast.
If I can kill somebody in 0.2s with 3 bullets, killing him in 0.1 seconds with 6 bullets is not an improvement as I waste a lot of ammo for unnoticeable gain in TTK.
(Small explanation: I assumed the same total burst time 0.2s as the shortest time you can hold LMB for. Of course it depends on the person etc. but it’s just for illustration of what I mean. The slower your reflex and the higher the rof, the bigger the effect.)
you say over 800 is a nerf then ask for 1200 hmm
how about the fact most German mg;'s were used on bipods or tripods an not like the BAR from the shoulder, i know a huge buff to accuracy while using a bipod but a huge nerf when firing from the hip or shoulder. it would make german machine guns historically accurate.

in enlisted there are heavy and light machine guns most germans are heavy the bar is a light and was used as a rifle, some were shoulder fire some like the stinger hip fired. i think that each playing like in real life would be good and not all acting like rifle caliber smg;'s would be a good thing.

The MG42 should have a rate of fire of 1500 and the MG45 1800 where both weapons should have A belt of 250 bullets to be realistic with this iconic weapon
If you say it is unfair and it is strong I remind you that the Germans suffer against the PPSH41 with a 71-round drum magazine With a Cadence of over 1000 and climbs more improved, Then it would be fair to only limit the German weapon but not the Soviet one like the Thompson of the Allies
show me a picture of one that is not a fortified position, or hell a 250 round box that a soldier could carry and fire
The same can I say about the T20, AS-44, where did they fight in WW2?
The MG42 Soldiers used it with 100-150 on foot and there is no problem that the MG42 has 1500, if you don’t like this problem But it was used like this

Only reason is that because DF wants GER to suffer remember at first they placed MP40 at BR3 (and Dicker at BR4), they want to keep us weak and underpowered so Soviets and Americans could roleplay as a movie star fighting ebil nabzis and save the Europe from demons.
We’ve only got MG42 100 because we were complaining for years for unfair treatment sadly there are not a single person except me that would fight for justice for Ger at BR2.

They must receive the Finnish Suomi KP-31 to counter the PPSH41 in BR I-III
How does it compare vs Suomi KP-26 (it was a gold order)? Anyway they would probably place it at BR3 anyway while our BR2 would still be too damn weak. And BR5 doesn’t have a free PPSh-41 equivalent since MP717 got removed and Kiraly sucks.

It’s already a premium so not gonna happen. DF hidden too many cool guns behind premiums or GO or Stalingrad FA and left us with nothing.
It doesn’t matter, it should be TT, as there is another PPSH41 Premium with the Soviets, the same should happen with the Germans.
