My friend's feedback on the game

Who says only rank mode can be competitive?

Every each one of the competive players and the game developer ?`

And again by your definition “I just decided this is competive” a singleplayer game can be competive as well.

That’s a very limited view of the problem. Most of this game’s functionality is not helping much on winning. You follow the narrow rails or you suffer. Why were all those other non-helpful elements added?

I think there’s a fundamental lack of understanding on developers’ part of how and why people want to do certain things in games. Of how and why they play games at all. They are treating us the same as bots and expecting us to behave the same way as well. Almost everything falls apart when we don’t.

Source?

LOL you blind?

And for some odd reason every major tournament is played in competive mode rather than in casual.

Like really.

No, just using your definition.
2 players can play a singleplayer “competively” as they just decided its competive.

trackmania is one of the most competitive games in single player mode. so number of players is not prerequisite for competitiveness of the game.

LOL you previously said single player is not competitive now it is?

The competitive mode and casual mode is only relatively. The competitive mode is more competitive casual mode is less competitive, it is just a name.

You really are something special arent you ?

i said:

i have not said that single player cant be competitive. you have whole communities of speedrunners that make single player games competitive.

and you probably meant this

but it falls under this

Enlisted said it is a MMO game. Does it really is?

Theres plenty of things they have said such as being historically accurated.

Noh its just casual shit, but I suppose they cant really market is as shit.

Whatever, there are many definitions. The definition is found on web.

like i said in broad sense competitive games are about win/loss. but in modern gaming sense competitive games are those that are or can become esports. they need balance in players, equipment and maps. and enlisted doesnt satisfy any of those criteria. you can have vastly different number of players (anywhere from 0-13) per team, players can have different number of squads depending on f2p or premium (and even if they bought slots for that campaign), you can have vastly different equipment depending on your grind and you have random maps with random sides and modes. so in modern gaming sense enlisted is nowhere near competitive game.

The most frustrating part of this whole conversation is my inability to understand whether khtk395 is serious or just $#!*posting, to the point that have to agree with robihr in a few places…
In case You’re reading this, khtk395, remember that this is suggestions category, not mess room.
