I just bought $25 worth of gold, and it’s not on my account yet! This hasn’t happened yet to me previously when purchasing premium currency in this game, so why is it happening now!?

Issues like this need to be addressed with support, the forum won’t help you.

As said above already, you will need to contact Gaijin Support, as they can investigate to see whether the purchase has gone through, what the issue might have been, and fix it for you. The link is below, so do open a ticket ASAP, just in case it’s something that’s happening to other players too - we need to fix it up!
