Ist this shouting heard by the Enemy?
Or can only i Hear their shouting?

the shouting is only local player’s side.
like, the same it goes for the war cry ( assigned to the H button )
generally, you cannot and you will not hear any random voices from the enemy. the only case where you will be able to hear the enemy voice lines, it’s when those last kill someone of your team near your location.
