Creators spend a lot of time creating very detailed and unique maps in the ENLISTED editor.
Some maps are that accurate and detailed, they could easily be added to the main game, into official rotation. Because of that, let us do MODDED MAP VOTES!
They could easily be added as the regular gamemode “Invasion”, as these would be unique and even historically accurate. Free content which would make the Enlisted an even more awesome experience!

So much work and love… it would be a shame to let such great maps go to waste and be forgotten in the Sandbox…
So, how about map votes for adding a custom map to the main game each battlepass or year? It would motivate many modders to spend even more time and love into their maps, as these wouldnt be made for nothing anymore…
Maybe some creaters could even overhaul their maps so they would fit perfectly and historically accurate.
I can tell and remember you as stated before and even a little time ago by helper, the idea of use community map for future events is still here, I can guess between the the merge and further balancing this gone out of sigth for the moment
tf2 use to do this (idk if they still do it tbh) i think where the community can vote for a map to be added i think it could work for enlisted tbh but idk how other think (personally i think it great)
Or maybe a gamemode selection for “custom maps” which would include custom maps with the regular game mode “invasion” and would reward just like a regular game.
It’s not up to my standards. Neither up to game standards. The only maps i consider to be “up to standard” is Nuketown and Island Resort. Both of them are “party” maps.
but mines were kinda designed with pve in mind.
which might result in a terrible experience for pvp.
we’ll see though, i wouldn’t mind them tweaking them.
but… i doubt mine will get anywhere since i’m… "“ripping off” while expanding others games map
i’ll be the first one to say.
( except my battle of foy, which it’s original, and… you can kinda tell since looks nothing like the real foy and my other currently broken map of operation blood & rose. which again, it’s broken )
in my defense, more of a tribute. but eh. i’ll let the others judge.
The developers should take these maps and modify them according to their criteria to be able to have them in the official game, I think they are wonderful maps
