Simple like tittle, some tanks have multiple loaders, why not make it get stacked the perk?

Why should that perk stacked in the first place?
If you have 2 loader, logically speaking the reload speed perk should only have the full bonus when both of the loader have the perk. But currently you only need 1 loader to have the perk. Not to mention your reload speed will not be affected even if one of your loader is dead.
You are still not satisfied even if dev give this much advantage to multiple loader vehicle and you want more?

then make it be less powerful if you have multiple ones,for make it reach the same level
That will just create problem in the code and there more important thing to work on
Because it wouldn’t be balanced, I don’t think anyone would want a 5.16 sec reload Ho-Ri

No one wanted the Ho-Ri. Period
A kv 2 with a 5 second reload will be a monster
