the MP 717(R) is a slightly weaker version of the normal PPSH with 71 rounds, for the main reason of it firing a lot slower ; 960 RPM, compared to the PPSH’s 1150, just under 200 RPM slower. This on itself is excusable, but with the last update, the PPSH 45, with a rate of fire of 1040 RPM was lowered to BR 4, and is very very similar to the MP 717(R), but is very moderately better (although it’s hard to see any difference). If you move the PPSH 45 down, why not the MP 717(r) too since they are very similar?

I guess there many people had mentioned it（include me）But what makes confuse is that DF put 39m into br4 firstly？
Well look at the PPSH-41 and the kirally 39m Yea the kirally have better dispersión and control but it got half of the ppsh magazine maybe if that weapon could have gotten a bigger mag since begging it would have perfectly stayed ar BR5
Also there are way better smgs with bigger control/damage and overall stats at br 4
