In light of recent changes to the BR’s of many weapons and vehicles the Tiger E should be moved to BR 4 just like the IS 1. The Tiger E is not even remotely close to the Tiger 2 in any way, being only a slight improvement to the Tiger H1 variant which is in BR 4. The Panther G which is in BR 4 is also situationally better than the Tiger E. It makes no sense to compare the Tiger E with the Tiger 2 but when discussing BR 4 tanks like the Panther G and Tiger H1 it becomes much more comparable. Furthermore the IS 1 having been recently moved to BR 4 makes this a no brainer as the IS 1 is comparatively stronger than the Tiger E. In conclusion it would be more than reasonable to move the Tiger E to BR 4.

Exactly, and the Tiger E is closer to that than the Tiger 2.
As it stands right now players have no incentive whatsoever to play the Tiger E as it causes them more harm than benefit. Its hardly better than the Tiger H1 and forces you into a higher BR.
Baseless claim without any elaboration
- Panther takes much longer to leave the position because of his reverse speed which is only 2km/h if I remember correctly, also because of that of can’t peak from behind the corner with intention to hide immediately after - extreme limitation of this tank
(For same reason panther is way more vulnerable to EPs and bomb)

If player angle his tiger, its armor is numerously better than panther’s.

The only sort of real advantage panther has over tiger is penetration. But that strikes me as pretty insufficient for to just claim that panther is better.
It is not, and in fact it is way more difficult to play.

Panther has better armor largely due to angled armor and I know I am not alone when I say the Panther G is comparable to the Tiger E as a separate post about BR changes even suggested moving the Panther G to BR 5 (which I think is a little too much but it makes a point)
and as you mentioned the Panther has penetration on its side. I am not saying the Panther is “better”, only that it is comparable to the Tiger E and many people actually prefer playing the Panther over the Tiger E
you would NEVER compare the Tiger E to other BR 5 tanks. It simply does not keep up in any aspect

Soviets have the IS 1 in BR 4 now so that shouldn’t be a problem

Anyway I agree with the suggestion.
Alternatively another solution is to give Tiger E few of its APCRs from war thunder. Just like Pershing has for example.

Is-1 is an obvious a threat to Tiger E so it should also go down in BR as both are pretty equal in power.
Panther is better if you want to focus on destroying enemy tanks that are heavily armored like IS-1, while Tiger E is all rounder that can fight tanks (but with poorer result as it’s pen is much worse) and infantry but is not great at any of them, it struggles at BR5 but could only do fine at BR4 just like Tiger H1.
I haven’t seen anyone with Tiger E at BR5, IS-1 at BR5 was seen by me few times and died instantly to King Tiger it could have fair fight vs Tiger E/H1 or a Panther.

I’m a fan of the Tiger E and I use it all the time in BR5, but you’re right, it’s not a BR5 tank, it has very low penetration, it doesn’t have thick armor and there’s no slope, the only noticeable difference from the Tiger H1 is a MG on the roof, that tank should be BR4. (Although I don’t think it makes a difference, it still has low penetration and nobody will use it.)
