So this is my alternative incase devs think that Uragan stats are fine for BR 2.
Both the ZK 383 share almost the same firerate and recoil so they are very much comparable to each other. The Uragan also features a larger magazin (32 rounds vs 30 rounds) that also reloads slightly faster (2.2s vs 2.5) which still would still give the Uragan an edge over the ZK.
If it has to be done the dispersion on the ZK could be raised by a bit to be closer to the uragan.
If they did this then they are almost doing away with level three German smg’s. Move the Uragan to level three because it is not needed in level two, and raise the ROF of the FNAB and this would correct a lot of ills with level two. Personally I would also detune the PPS-43 as it’s actual ROF is closer to that of the PPS-42, but I don’t see DF doing that. Keep the ZK at level three, drop the MP35 to level two. Of course, disregard what I wrote since my requests are always DOA with DF anyway.

ZK has 53 dispersion (Uragan has like 90), it is the best german SMG in terms of dispersion and one of the best BR3 smg for germany, this gun is certainly not BR2 material.
Mp-35/I would bd nice at BR2 but certainly not the ZK.

Yup, I agree. I think that the ZK should stay at BR3 because it is one the best weapon Germany BR3 has access to. So moving uragan should be the better solution.
No, we don’t need another BR II SMG on axis side.
Just buff FNAB-43 ROF to base value of ~ 650 (real life ROF was 600-837) and also buff the Beretta M38/42 ROF and muzzle velocity to it’s real one (550 ROF and 430m/s)!
I dont care how many smgs are on BR2. If there are 10 reskins for a boltaction rifles it does not mean those are 10 times more usefull.
All of them are still worse than Uragan, which is very similar to the ZK which is why if Uragan should be BR 2 the ZK should also be BR 2.
Uragan caused much problems… I keep seeing new threads about lowering this or that axis smg to compensate…
Easiest and logical solution would be to put uragan up to br3 where it belongs, and leave axis smgs as they are.
that still wont solve the issues of current BR2 as the pps are just as much over performing in br2.
This uragan was just cherry on top of stalinium cake.
Equivalent of PPS-42 = Buff M38/42 to 550-600 rpm + 430m/s muzzle veloctiy
Equivalent of PPS-43 = Buff FNAB-43 to 700 rpm + 410m/s muzzle velocity
Equivalent of Uragan + PPSh-41 box = Give us Steyr 7th iteration of Mp40 with 750 rpm at BR2 and another one with 1100rpm BR3 and fix box dispersion ffs.
Lets just put every smg to BR2.
Based and enlightened approach, move everything to BR2.

You also forgot to mention to have Stalin looming somewhere in the background and almost every Soviet match to always empower the Soviet players.
And we don’t care that you want ZK-383 on BR II 
Would be a better solution. Players respond during the test of that weapon that is doesn’t belong on BR II but DF is just DF - don’t expect to much
maybe after 3 more years they maybe will do this xD
