Move the T - 50 to BR1

There is no reasonable reason for the T-50 to stay in BR2 now. It should be used to confront the 3J. If you have ever used the T-70, you will understand everything.

Honestly it doesn’t matter if it will be at BR1 or 2 as you will get uptiered to BR2 anyway and get exploded by grb-39 in a single hit. What it really needs is faster turret rotation. Not putting BT-7A in a TT was a big mistake.

i disagree.

the T50 it’s excellent in it’s BR

beside, not many really know how to deal with those.

same goes for the T70.

t50 is perfectly ok on BR2. it can deal with BR2 and BR3 tanks. only problem is slightly weaker anti infantry capability, but it has double MG and fast reload.

BR1 PZIII J can pen the front plate after the T-50 armor nerf.
these two tank should be same BR.

If the Japanese end up having a campaign against the Soviets, t-50 should definitely stay on the BR2

75mm type99 can pen even a Sherman with its HEAT, but before BR4 JP tank only 50mm max frontal armor.
Wide-equipped Sov 45mm gun can be op against them. But JP tanks always penetrated by all same tier enemy cannon with ease before the Ho-ri Production anyway.

Just Sov 45 gun got APHE while USA 37 only AP so low br JP tanks would perform worse against Sov ones.
BR1 JP tanks all trash.
Ho-I got some really nice firepower, but weak armor.

If Japan would ever get to fight Japanese - the players would finally realise how powerful soviets are. Japan will get completely crushed by Soviets if both get matched against each other without adressing BR placements.

i dont believe that will happen. japan has one of the best playerbase in the game (at least for high BR), while soviet has one of the worst. biggest japan downside is crappy low BR tanks and lack of high BR CAS. there are also few other downsides, but nothing like those 2.

Japan has vastly superior small arms all across the BRs vs Germany they will do fine when fighting Soviets

  • BR1 is overpowered with Type 97 AT rifle penning everything, two great smgs, amazing Arisaka rifle

  • At BR2 it’s no recoil 2a smg which is pretty much better than ZK-383 of BR3 + one premium with drum 50 rounds and same rof as Mp40, they still have Heat throwing tank there.

  • At BR3 they have cool Type 4 rifle, good enough KE7, great Type 100 smg which is also better than ZK-383, but are missing better AT launcher, their tanks kinda suck but their event/premium A6M3 can be used as a tank killer.

  • BR4 doesn’t exist as everyone skips it and plays BR5 (but p2w paratrooper is still there waiting for you to buy)

  • BR5 is even stronger than Germans with endless squads full of Super Hei, Tokyo Arsenal smg which is a BR5 smg let’s be honest and is better than anything that Ger has outside of Conders, Ho-ri production which is better armored than Tiger 2, and now Kikka that easily beats crappy ME262 which is the worst jet in the game, Ki-84 ko can easily beat P47

All they need is a couple of downtiers and better AT launcher at BR3 and that’s it. They are already better and much stronger than Germany ever was.
