Since there are a bunch of a battle rating changes happening I think the 15 cm Pz. W. 42 self propelled mobile rocket launcher system premium squad currently sitting at BR IV for Germany should be changed to BR III.
Maybe it should even be at BR II because it has basically no armor, it will be destroyed by any AT weapon or any explosive pack or anti-tank device, AT gun or tank.
The vehicle is somewhat awkward to use and the rockets do average amounts of damage, and you have to constantly drive back to the ammo supply point to reload which takes a long time. With no armor at all, again you are a very easy target for any number of threats at BRIV where it currently sits and is wasted, so it should be reduced to BRIII.

The Werfer suffered so much from the merge. While it can somewhat fight the allied shermans it is utterly useless against soviet tanks like the t-34 cant be overpreassured really.

It could easily go down to BR2 since now even soviets have M1 Rocket launcher that can easily destroy that poor vehicle without even trying.
It has similar armor as armored apcs and it’s mg overheats even faster it can’t really use it’s very limited rockets when someone appears in front of it you always need to angle and expose your even weaker sides to the enemy so in fact it’'s even easier to destroy than Armored APCs.
It can’t pen and destroy any tank at any BR as overpressure doesn’t really exist for anyone but KV-2.
It also should have larger rocket reserve, reload faster on points, and it’s mg not overheat as quickly (maybe make it way less accurate as you shoot more than 60 rounds in ad quick succession).
