Move P-38E to BR II

This plane has a significantly worse mobility and speed than P-38 G-1 and G(they are in BR II) ,and has even no rocket launcher.I can’t understand why this plane is in BR III.

it’s funny because they made the 38G rank II and an Attacker, so it takes the bomber slot

Please forward that this plane needs a payload that makes it unique. Perhaps bombs instead of rockets?
