Just earlier today had a game against assumed stack, KV ppsh stick, bodyarmors & rmn.
Im sure they were armed to fight BR4 rather than hoping to roflstomp BR2.
All is balanced for sure.
People will use Pz3.J1 to deal with KV-1 instead of Marder (H). 
No one will believe your nonsense.
The armor of KV-1 is completely meaningless in BR4, and you have clearly exposed your intention: to enjoy invincible Pz.5 and Pz.6 in Germany’s BR4.
maybe if i actually played BR4… havent played weapons from BR4 from premerge period.
i also want pz4 with long guns on BR4 and their armor is meaningless on BR4… it is also meaningless on BR3… so what is exactly your point? we should move pz4 with long guns to BR2…
Pz.4 can even penetrate IS-2 of BR5, so it should be in BR5, as you said.

my logic is quite simple. KV1 and KV2 are shit tanks for this game cause they translate terribly into BR system. if they only faced BR3 they would be ok for BR3. but cause they face BR2 they are too armored for BR3 and shit for BR4. so i would rather them be shit on BR4, rather then make them hard to kill on BR3 when against BR2 players.
also this is opinion is not only for KV tanks, but for all tanks in the game when they have alternative for some BR.

There is already that tank at BR4 - the KV-1 with ZIS gun - and it is utter rubbish at BR4 already.

Well there is a reason why I talk about STUG III F in BR2 all the time.
If pz3N was too tough nut to crack for delicate soviets at BR2, with what logic you justify KV that is arguably the hardest tank to kill ?
Even the KT2 is easier to kill with detpack than KV.
do you know what is funny… that KV2 is better tank than kv1 on BR4 when on BR4, but worse tank than kv1 on BR3 when on BR3.
