Move G43 to BR 3

I like the G41.

I prefer the make SVT-38 stripper clip reload, and maybe speed up the reload speed a little on stripper clips

4.8 reload time is a little rough…Still not as bad as the poor Turner rifle :frowning:

G41 —> BR2?
Idk if that would be balanced but its an idea

Not nessesary, just buff it.

  • Increase damage from 12.0 to the standard 12.7 of most full powered semi-auto rifles,
    and
  • Lower reload speed from 4.8 to 4.0/ (still long, even for a dual cliploaded rifles, the Johnson is 3.4, Lee-Enfields are 3.8)
