Hello comrades!
The Horn STGs stats are almost identical to the STG 45 (M), so i don´t understand why it should be BR V.
My suggestion is to move it down to BR IV as well.

While it obviously doesn’t compare to the FG 42 II in strength, it has very strong dispersion and recoil stats. It might need some nerfs if it gets downtiered to avoid power creep, but it’s hard to say how much current stats would affect that.
If MKB.42(M) can be BR4, Horn StG definitely can be as well.

It completely sucks Donkey balls at BR5, so it needs to be moved down unless they plan on turbo charging it like they’ve done with other weapons.
